    The stay included a quiet environment despite the city sounds, and the room service provided excellent service. The bed was uncomfortable, and we had cold showers due to hot water issues.

    The location was favourable, you can visit Downtown Fargo by walking. We had the standard queen room which was top-notch with an awesome view.

    Everything about this small hotel was brand-new. Truly enjoyed the room with an awesome view, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. It was updated and had essentials I needed. Affable, great staff was extremely helpful.

    would definitely stop here again

    Beautiful panoramic windows offered great views from the 14th floor corner. The Beautiful King Room was super comfy with a nice shower and good air conditioning. It's in a prime spot, close enough to walk around downtown Fargo. Didn't get to try the hotel restaurant or bar but they looked great.

    I loved how easy it was to walk to nearby attractions like the beautiful Plains Art Museum just 500 meters away and the fantastic dining spots like The Boiler Room a few steps from my hotel. As a solo traveler, the modern rooms provided a comfortable retreat after a long day exploring.

    Had a few issues like the noisy sliding bathroom door, which became a minor annoyance during the night. The restaurant's closure on Sunday left us searching for dining options, but we found a decent spot with outdoor seating nearby. The dog-friendly aspect came with a hefty fee, and while there's a mulched area nearby for pets, it feels a bit lacking in cleanliness as you have to navigate through the front area to get there.

    The large windows in the Beautiful King Room provided fantastic natural light and an inviting atmosphere. The location is unmatched, with quirky eateries and shops just steps away.     Comfort and Cleanliness at Its Best!

    The room was super clean and the beds were so comfy. Everyone was really friendly and helped us out when we asked. Breakfast was awesome-way better than you'd think for a hotel. Just wish there was a microwave or fridge. Really missed that. Also loved the bar area to chill out.

    great experience with minor inconveniences

    Very nice customer service. Staff were very good too help me when my flight got delayed. They even picked up my race packet, a huge relief.

    The view from my room didn't quite meet my expectations.

    Had a lovely evening! The rainfall shower was a relaxing touch after a long drive. Enjoyed the proximity to charming eateries, and the on-site options were good. Strongly recommend checking in early to unlock the fun, as the area around the hotel is vibrant and inviting!
